Baby’s 2^nd day in wuhan :D

Im so unlucky that there are so many sudden test and all next week but I just have to work harder and its all worth it. Besides, there’s baby giving me support and strength! Woke up really early even though I slept at 3am last night and baby got up around the same time. But being the guy, he took much shorter time to get prepared so he walked over to my hostel to wait for dearie and me.

Our first stop is 养生园！The ambience and food there are passable and we all enjoyed our meal there. After which, we walked over to 南门to take the so called “crazy taxi” to东门(fake bugis)for our shopping spree! I spent 300rmb in like a few hours la, baby kept teasing us because we were so easily persuaded to buy like every single thing. MILU! HAHA, like what you said, our weak spot.lol.

After a few hours of walking around, we were so tired that we decide to go back to our hostel to rest before we continue our shopping spree at the so called fake "taka" and "far east". HAH, I want to make sure that baby can find something suitable for himself (: and he did. He says things here are even cheaper than Taiwan!

This was before i came to china, my lovely girls organised a cooking/majong/slacking session over at jo's. It's so fun i tell you, and it brought back lots of memories for me. Her house feels more comfy than my house la.

It's a great day today cos my presentation's finally over and we handed in business comm's essay last night!So now we are left with a cultural essay which dues on sunday. After working hard for so long, we really deserve a break right?

I don’t know why a lot of people have this misconception of china, like its really cheena and all. In actual fact it’s really nice here, the people, the pace of life, allowing you to learn to appreciate the simplest things in life. We talked to people from many other countries, okay, mainly because we’re staying at an international hostel; but strangers take the effort to greet us, talk to us, with smiles all over. How many a time have you pretended not noticing someone to spare the trouble of engaging in a small talk? Well, I’m guilty of that; another thing is that people here don’t judge, it just feels good to be yourself.

You know, now that I think, we are really too pampered which caused us to miss out a lot of chances to experience simple things in life that can be beautiful. The thing that I enjoy most now is to walk down the streets at night, there’re shops everywhere with music playing, it’s just so. . . . . . peaceful? You do not have to care about anything at all. Times like that allows me to recharge myself and reflect on issues that I feel are important.

I feel that I’ve grown in some ways; this trip allows me to realize things that I don’t in Singapore. I don’t know why but the image I portrayed to others is not true. Those who don’t know me well tend to think that I’m very dependent, lack of security, weak, cannot adapt to changes and all. In actual fact, I’m just the opposite. I’m not implying that I am really strong and mighty if you get what I mean. Yes, I do miss my friends and family but I do not break down, I do not feel sad at all. Well it makes me feel guilty cos my mum is rather sad. But that doesnt mean i dont care,whenever I think of them, it’s always smiles. Furthermore, I always feel that a couple needs time apart to test how strong the relationship is. Till date, I’m really happy here. I feel very comfortable as I really trust baby and whenever I think of him, it never fails to bring a smile on my face. To think that he’s joining me soon makes me happy too, cause I want to walk down the streets, hand in hand with him.

What I need is someone to support me mentally, he do not have to be there all the time; and I think I found him.

One of the hardest things in life is to understand yourself, im glad that im one step closer now. (:

Todays a sunday which means, shopping around again. I like to shop near my hostel cos there're puppies for sale, though i cant buy, i like to look and play with them. Arent they adorable? (: All smiles.I've yet to recover from my flu so i ate porridge today, seriously the food here is not good for health. Tons of spicy,deep fried food :(

Slept at 3 midnight yest cos i was glued to the tv. It was my 3rd time watching Moulin rouge BUT it was the first time i watch it in chinese. Erm, the feeling was so weird and different; of course english is better.Then when i was about the sleep i came across a movie by lindsay lohan, she's pretty hot in the movie. Anyway, enjoyed the movie, made me laughed, angry and sad all together. I want a figure like hers! erm, hair too. LOL.

Still not feeling too well today.Hate the winter, just hope that it will turn warm soon.

We had a 4 hours plus break today, so we went to shop around and i saw some really cute puppies.

But they look so poor thing, shivering and all; cos they are being sold on the streets.

:( How i wish i can buy them home.

Guess how much one cost?

SO CUTE AND TINY RIGHT. There was one that got bullied :( can hear the puppy whine.

And they cost only 20 bucks sing you know. OMG.

How i wish i can take them home, poor little puppies.

I want a dog next time, but i prefer yorkshire terriers!

Today's lesson is at 8 but we have to meet downstairs at 7.15. So we woke up at 6.30 feeling all grumpy.Then when we closed the door and i looked out of the window, i realised it was raining; then i look closer, it's white. OMG, ITS SNOWING. At first im so excited, screaming and all, but after that it's terrible. So SO SO SO cold. :( Our feet are all swollen, numb and red.
They said tml its gonna snow again, plus rain somemore..... :( First i have flu, now headache. I dont know if we are lucky or unluckly, its the first time in 5years that it snowed.
